Office Policy
We will take care of the billing for you and will send the necessary paperwork and claim to your insurances electronically.
Full payment is required at the end of each visit and the reimbursement of your charged fees is typically sent two to three working days later in your account or at home address.
We accept credit card, debit card and interact payment.
If you have no insurances, we offer flexible options and will work with you to address your needs while fitting your budget. We truly believe that everyone deserves to receive quality care and to keep a healthy smile, and the financial aspect should never be a barrier to this right.
We also believe that it is important for our patients to remember that insurance companies normally cover the most basic and minimal treatment and that at times, we may recommend treatments that will last longer or be better for your health and appearance. In these cases, we can send a pre-determination of the expected fees and can arrange a financial payment plan for you. Talk with your dentist, options are always available!
