Cancellation and Rescheduling
Your time is precious, we work hard to accommodate your schedule and await the same respect from you. When an appointment is scheduled, that time has been set aside specifically for you and when it is missed, that time cannot be used to treat another patient.
We send friendly reminder calls and text/emails before your appointment to ensure you do not forget the day and time of your visit and we appreciate to receive a confirmation from you.
- The policy of our office is to encourage patients to give us notice of cancellation or rescheduling of any appointments within at least 48 hours (business days) before the scheduled appointment time.
- No Show/Missed Appointment: If you fail to appear or cancel your visit with a 48h notification, fees might be applied to your account with reasonable consideration of circumstances and unforeseen emergencies. The fees are based on the length of the appointment, planned treatment and number of providers involved and vary from $50 to $150.
- Late Show: If you are running late to your appointment, give us a call and we will try our best to accommodate you. If the remaining time does not allow us to treat you and offer quality care without inconveniencing other patients, it will be considered as a missed appointment and fees could be applied.
Note: Your insurance company will not reimburse you these fees and it will be your direct responsibility.
